Organised by bfm (bfm magazine and bfmmedia.com) and officially supported by the Prime Minister - Tony Blair and the Mayor of London - Ken Livingstone. This high-profile event showcases an array of award-winning features, documentaries, animation and short films by established international talent alongside black British filmmakers.

This year bfm screens an impressive number of original projects and a high quality of work from today's generation of filmmakers. To add to this impressive line up, we are showcasing a larger event during the festival fortnight to include 20 European premieres, exclusive preview screenings, seminars, workshops and masterclass'.
